Former Hotels and national pub group Senior Executive, Chris Connolly heads up Aricon, Food and Drink Solutions, a consultancy aimed at providing help and support to the Pub, Hotel and Leisure Industry.

Connolly is an award winning food and drinks specialist with over 30 years experience at executive level in various multi-site leisure and retail environments and beside De Vere has held senior positions at
Grand Met, The Greenalls Group and Boddingtons.

Winner of four BII National Innkeeping Training Awards, four Menu Master Awards and nominated for four Publican Awards, he is Fellow of the British Institute of Innkeeping and a council member for the North
West Wines and Spirits Association.
